A Discovery Call is a relaxed and informal 20 minute free chat where we can talk about your needs and how I can meet them. You can ask any questions you like and I can explain more about counselling at Just Bee. This call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other so you can make an informed decision and we can decide if we are a good match.

You choose a date and time and I will call you.

If you decide to book a session during the discovery call that is fine but there will be no pressure to do so.

If you decide at the end of the discovery call that you would like to take time to think about booking a session, I will simply send you a reminder email a couple of weeks later.

At Just Bee Counselling I work with adults aged 18 and over who might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, misunderstood or drained by the demands of everyday life. You do not need a label or a formal diagnosis to seek support.
